Florida law absolutely forbids cremation within 48 hours of death, and no judge has authority to override that. To be sure, the punishment for violating such a law is fairly slight, but since such action would be absolutely 100% contrary to explicit statute I would think it should be grounds for kicking Greer off the bench. And after that, then the real fun would begin.
I only can tell you what I remember reading and Judge Greer appears to ignore the laws he doesn't like.

He has violate so many Code of Canon laws he should have been gone as soon as he appointed himself guardian ad litem.
I can't wait for this to pass, for the tube to be replace, and for Felos to try to sue the U.S. Gov. then, the SCOTUS will HAVE to listen to Gibbs and the Schindlers.
