Most personal websites limit the number of bytes that can be transmitted over the internet per day. "Bandwidth". Someone is using a program to access it repeatedly until it temporarily shuts down. At first I thought I'd caused it somehow, but it turns out it's definitely someone else.
Must have annoyed one of the right people. :)
