Has GRRReeer's legal blindness ever been considered for any impact or effect on his judicial behavior and lack of competence in not even seeing Terri once in 10 years?

Also -- thinking outside the box here, which can be dangerous: Terri's in effect been sentenced to death -- does Gov. Jeb have ANY authority to commute her sentence or pardon her?
