This little tidbit from the petition should interest the legal beagles if they truly think Greer is just enforcing Florida law:
"32. Judge Greer relied on Dr. Ronald Cranford’s definition of PVS (Persistent Vegetative State) instead of the legal definition contained in the Florida Statutes. There were several doctors who gave reports that Terri is not PVS but Greer decided not to use the Florida Statute’s definition."
Plus Dr. Cranford was paid to make his diagnosis and he lied in court. The day before on video he praised Terri for following his commands, etc. then in court he said she is PVS. He lied to the court and that is a crime. It is also a federal crime because he crossed state lines and was paid.
And to boot, last week Gibbs filed 17 more affidavits from doctors. If a court will not hear evidence...
