"FYI, I just emailed Studio B at Fox news and told them that I felt they'd done more harm than good by their constant use of the term "Vegetative state". Here's the reply I got back (almost immediately)."
She is in a persistent vegetative state.
That's the ruling.
Further, the court has removed the ruling which prevented Schiavo's closest relative from removing her feeding tube.
Those are the facts.
We're here neither to help nor hurt.
We're here to report the facts.
And we have.
"I replied again and asked them to at least look at her videos and then tell me that what they saw was a "vegetative state." This is the reply to that:"
You know those videos were obtained illegally. Doctors say those same movements and sounds are made whether anyone is in the room or not. We're told those clips are from a total of 4 1/2 hours of tape. The judge has ruled and the tube has been removed.
"What does he mean that the tapes were obtained illegally? Why the negative response from them?"
So that's FOX's "truth"? Whatever the judge says is truth?
The parents went against HINO and took those videos.... he had said they were not to take any pictures of her...so they took them anyway and released them to the news in 2003 so that people could see that the husband's story was a big lie and it helped their cause....HINO threatened to sue them and he stopped their visitations for some time back then.
oooohhhh she's in a 'court-ordered' vegetative state. Well, then they should add the words 'court-ordered' to their description.
Re Fox news tonight: Anyone know of a Murdoch-Soros connection?
