Congress can turn this around in about 10 minutes. Simply withdraw ALL federal funding from the state, including Medicare. Take about 20 minutes for people to realize what the result of that would be. When the tube is reinserted then another 10 minutes and Federal funding could be reinstated.

I am wondering when the arrests are gonna happen for contempt of Congress. Were those bogus? Oh, I'm just so sick I don't want to eat anything tonight. I actually feel guilty for thinking of eating when Terri can't.
You made a very good point. How can we get the word out about the abuse of the vets. My hubby is a vet and I don't like the sounds of this one bit...

Now it will be easier for a court to order a death, Felos has fanagled it so that it's not the guardian's choice.
It is going to be heck to be disabled or elderly in Florida if the Legislature or Congress doesn't correct this problem.
I read an article this past week that some hospices may 'not' admit you if you have a feeding tube, so they are already discouraging feeding tubes. I believe this is why they were so adamant about removing Terri's tube instead of just capping it and not feeding her.
