FNC just had a clip from Delay who said the sanctity of life overrules the sanctity of marriage.

Unless Terri had the papers in her hand saying what she wanted, he doesn't care what the husband says.

So far, the courts doesn't care what he says either.

She does have the papers in her hands, which convey her wishes. Her Baptism papers, her confirmation papers and her Marriage Cerificate. All of these papers publically convey her wishes to be a part of the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church which condemns suicide, euthanasia, and removal of feeding tubes.

Terri's wishes to be a part of this church were witnessed by many witnesses. She never renounced her membership.

This is implied consent to the teachings of that church.

The State does not have the right to force Terri to do anything against her declared religious beliefs.
