I think they knew it was a long shot. They have to weigh going after the judiciary for one woman or for million of unborn children. I think Terri is being sacrificed for the larger picture.

Already on MSNBC they have a "bioethicist" screaming about how it is up to the husband to decide - and that we who believe in the sanctity of marriage are now screaming it isn't so sacred. But the "bioethicist" isn't being truthful and he knows it. This is murder pure and simple. Same as the holocaust, same as abortion.
