KELOLAND Teens Speak Up About Terri Schiavo
On Friday, Terri Schiavo is scheduled to have her feeding tube removed. But many are fighting that decision. Thursday, the U.S. House passed and the U.S. Senate is considering a bill to block the judge's orders.
Terri Schiavo has suffered brain damage since 1990, and has been the center of an intense legal battle. Her husband, wants her to be allowed to die, arguing that she never wanted to live in a vegetative state. Terri's parents say he shouldn't be able to make that decision, and have asked the U.S. Supreme Court to step in.
Now, some KELOLAND Teens have joined the fight and believe it's much more than a legal issue.....
