So what am I to make of someone who has been proven to not tell the truth ( or simply mis-state facts ).

As i said, i don't have all the facts in this case. I'm sure you don't either. But what has he said that has been proven untrue?

Canseco made these allegations, he should at least provide some evidence to back the allegations up. That is not too much to ask. And I don`t see a line of people behind him backing his allegations up.

I don`t have a disdain for him, I simply cannot take his words at face value with what has already been proven about his book. The guy included info in that book that is simply false ; It has been proven.

Canseco has made allegations about these players. No facts were presented. So how can I make some kind of judgement about anyone without any facts. You are innocent until proven guilty. Just because someone makes an allegation against you does not in any way force you to answer that allegation. If Canseco wants to prove he is telling the truth in this case, make him prove it. Not those he is accusing.
