It's probably best to start a steroids-free sports industry with a clean slate rather than hunt violators of the past. Sport authorities can mark this the beginning of a new era of clean sports with rampant testing to ensure the quality of the natural athlete. This new era also preempts the 2008 Olympics which we are sure to have our athletes pin-pricked by all manor of judges.
