this might be a stupid question. If they remove the feeding tube, can she survive? I know that is how she intakes food and water, but can she swallow food on her own? Wouldn't it be a miracle if she lived on her own after they pull the feeding tube? Or is that just ridiculous to think.

... and no, that's not at all ridiculous to think she could survive this by eating and drinking on her own. She would need therapy before she can swallow enough to sustain her, but she does swallow.
