50 says John F'n Kerry submits more bills over the next 2 years than he did in his previous 20 in the Senate combined.
- he only got 5 thru in 20 years, and they were all about naming streets and parks.....
I didn't say he would get more through, just submit more. He submitted not many more than the 5 he got through.
