We the People are the final arbiters!!
Jim, I'm in full agreement with your sentiments. Just the term "March for Justice" sounds like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson will be the main speakers. But if you say it was very successful getting the job done the first time, who am I to argue?
"We the People are the final arbiters"
I agree, Jim! The liberal judges are at the root of many problems in our great country. And, it's time the People let their voices be heard. I have been ..itchin about this issue for a long time, and it's time to put my money where my mouth is, so you can count on my donation and I am going to make every effort to be in Washington. God bless you, Jim, for taking on this critical issue.
And, while we're in Washington, maybe we can get some answers re why all of our vehicles in Iraq are not equipped with existing technology to locate IED's (BEFORE our guys drive over them). See 3/8 FR post by Stand Watch Listen.
The actual point is the confirmation of judges who are not enamored of their own vision of what the law should be - and not willing to call that "justice." What we insist on is justice understood as the rule of law - we insist on a democratic republic in which the judges enforce the laws as written - with the actual intent of the ratifiers of the Constitution as amended being the only rationale for deviating from the law as passed by constitutionally legitimate legislators.IMHO it should be a
March for Law.
