And before I get reported for abuse, I'm not advocating violence against the ACLU, I'm merely pointing out that all civil liberties in American are protected under the Rule of Law and that if we are to change them we must do it democratically. If the ACLU thinks they're better than the democratic process and will use imperialist courts to force their agenda on everyone else, they destroy the Rule of Law and welcome violence on themselves.
