What about profanity in school? Do you think that should be protected speech?

Not necessarily as there are decency standards that have been upheld.

What about kids that boo the flag during the pledge?

I think that would absolutely have to be upheld as free speech. However, if the other kids don't want to speak to those that boo - well there's nothing that could be done about that.
