Only if it is so judged at a trial by jury. A trial by jury is one of those rights given to us by God. Otherwise it is, like abortion, the killing of an innocent human life. We all hope that one day abortion will be considered murder with the exception of cases of rape, incest, and when the life of the mother is undeniably threatened.
I hope you're not trying to say morality is determined by the outcome of a trial by jury.
Hmmm...well, we will continue to disagree about boys and girls conceived as the result of the unspeakable crimes of rape or incest. They don't deserve to die. And how many of them there is is utterly irrelevent.
Injustice is injustice, whether visited on one or millions.
As I said earlier in the thread, your position would have been a death sentence for my sister, and amounts to punishing the child for the sins of its father.
You do share the same position as the President, if that's what your position is.
