Do you have further documentation to support your suspicion?
I don't have a 100% tie-in, but it looks like waf.org began first in the late 90's and billed themselves in certain newsgroups as the 'We are Family Foundation'. Then it looks like their activities spread to New York and the wearefamilyfoundation.org domain was registered and populated with all of its garbage. Be sure to take a look at the web pages that I put up at:
