Do you think people are capable of putting life experiences aside to sit on a jury?

Well, I think they should be. Life experience is what should give people wisdom. The system depends on it.

So, if I'm called to a trial for, say, a guy who murdered somebody with carbon monoxide, I should be able to put MY experiences aside and give him a fair trial?

I don't think so.
