Wonder if they think he is moving up 400. Said to be checking interstates in midtown. Has 400 split off by midtown or after midtown? (I never pay attention, I just drive it)

Everyone needs to check their cars...make sure they aren't stolen. He's probably taking a different attitude if he's smart and collects himself...sounds like proto cold blooded killer.
