Here's my rant:
WHEN are we in this country going to actually PUNISH criminals!!! This is insane - this guy was obviously bad news. It just makes me mad.
Sorry. Prayers for the victims, their families, and the people in Atlanta.
pray that this guy is caught or killed before any more innocent people get hurt .

WHEN are we going to seriously train our law enforcement officers with regard to the most powerful weapon at their disposal --- the firearm!
Firearms training for local and state law enforcement is a joke.
A simple holster change would make it more difficult for perps to remove the sidearm of an officer when struggling.
