To: Protect the Bill of Rights; Bonaparte

Not even the most liberal activist judge deserves to be gunned down in his own courtroom (or anywhere, for that matter). The reason we are against liberal activist judges is because we respect the law as written as well as the rule of law, and we are against legislating and social engineering from the bench. It's hypocritical to even suggest that the murder of a liberal judge is any less tragic or more justified than any other judge, for those who profess to respect the rule of law.

Show me where I said the judge's murder was not tragic or was justified.

I can't seem to find it.
