Thanks for the report; CNN saying deputy who lost her weapon in the courtroom is expected to be okay.

Apparently it wasn't in the courtroom, rather at the holding cell. Perp then walked to the courtroom, some distance requiring 1-2 minutes, then shot the judge and the court reporter. (From WXIA

WHY was there only one deputy on duty at the holding cell?

And that deputy a small female?

This makes absolutely no sense.
