I'd concur there should be more than one deputy present. I think they should both be large people capable of scuffling with buff 6', 200#, male.

Somehow, I'm guessing most of the female Fulton County Sheriff's Deputies don't make the grade.

There was a picture posted of about 5 (4 men and a woman) of the deputies outside the courthouse and with the exception of 1 of them I don't think ANY of them would have made it.

Guess physical fitness requirements for both sexes aren't PC.

Reminds me of the Sherlock Holmes stories in which he tells Inspector Lastrade to bring a couple of hefty constables with him.

It is just common sense that you would not choose a 110 cop Bobby when there are other choices available.

Just got home from work where FR is blocked. I figured it was a female deputy and having been in that illustrious building many times they are all out of shape. I saw a handfull out of hundreds that were fit; I assumed they were non county or non assigned to the court. They have really swell bluster though.

Feel bad for all. I voted for the judge in the last election.

WGST has a report from channel 2 said that the female deputy went into the holding cage removed the handcuffs so he could dress to go to court. He over powered her and threw her against the wall. They continued to struggle for three minutes. He stole the gun, gun belt and her radio. The next caller is a former Fulton deputy sheriff saying that if the report is correct she was not following procedure, but he adds that Fulton County Sheriff's Department has not been run properly for a long time.
