Hey I am for the rule of innocent until proven guilty but frankly when you have eye witnesses to the crime .. not a video cam ... not from a distance ... it pretty much means his goose is cooked.

Watch 'The Godfather' again. Seasoned shooters know that the "eyewitnesses" to homicide nearly always get it ALL wrong & mixed up & confused. Video is much better & I'd bet that Motorist Brian Nichols knew that.
