So does he look pistol whipped. It occurred to me that this guy was fleeing. I think he hit him once and left. When one is fleeing, one doesn't have time for a "pistol whipping".

Oh yeah- he looks plenty banged up on his face- apparently has a broken wrist too- the injuries on his face were from the pistol whip- the wrist is when he fell while running...
by tomrrow his bruises will be evident.....he said he thought maybe he wasn't shot was because the perp was out of bullets....
