Deputy shot in the head may as well be dead....so sad. Actually she will probably be OK. Bullet glanced off her skull. Doctor's described "bruise on her brain" and some light damage to her face. She'll need to be watched of coure, but likely she'll recover fully. Although I imagine she's got a heck of a headache.
