He really hates the vet! Good to hear he's okay. You have missed pretty much a whole lot of nothing.
One time one of our cats got loose at the vets and hid behind some small cannisters. She's short, but really chubby so it was like you or I trying to hide behind a sugar bowl. She looked really surprised, too, that the vet actually was on to her little scheme.
He would stick his head under my arm, leaving 17 pounds of Siamese butt plainly visible on the examining table, and believe he was "hiding". Every so often he would pull his head out from under my arm, HISS at the vet, and quickly stick his head back under again.
We just went ahead and gave him his shots. He didn't seem to mind.
She sounds precious!
Some good news, though, he's lost three pounds on his "Catkins" diet! He's gone from 24 to 21. Good boy!
