Yea, but like you mentioned, that was seven hours ago. I'm still inclined to believe he's long gone.
That seems likely to me also. I believe he'll be caught, but not before he's had plenty of time to do his worst. If he lays his hands on more firepower, the toll could rise quite a bit.
