Depends. He'll likely live if caught in Fulton, Clayton or Dekalb. I'd give him 50-50 in Cobb or Gwinette (spelling?). Elsewhere in Georgia, I'd bet against a trial.

Yeah doesnt stand a chance if caught in Cobb or Gwinnett. He'd better hope he doesn't end up in Forysth County.

He did shoot a Fulton County deputy though, so I don't think he will live very long in Fulton either.
