I'm really confused. The deputy whose gun was taken was shot in the head and died enroute to the hospital or at the hospital. He was not a she.
Who's this woman?
According to reports a female deputy had her gun taken by the criminal, who shot her and the three others. She is alive, the others are dead.
Perp overpowered female deputy, and probably shot her through the mouth immediately. I'm guessing he took her for dead.
He then apparently held the courtroom hostage for a period of time and instructed the bailiff to handcuff undetermined persons.
At that point, he shot the judge and court reporter in the head killing them both and fled on foot. As he left the courtroom, he apparently encountered another deputy whom he shot in the chest and killed. He stole a car fromt he garage, traveled to another nearby parking garage and took a woman's car at gunpoint. Some reports indicate that he took the woman hostage as well.
A car has been located matching the description of the carjacked vehicle, but there is currently some doubt as to whether this is indeed the subject vehicle.
That's where we are at this point.
