My guess would be it's a pleural effusion... ( sometimes a symptom of CHF..) that's causing some volume loss in his left lung. Not scar tissue....which doesn't make any sense...based on the info.
I am wondering if it's worse than they are making out.
The doctor on Fox seemed very surprised at the length of his stay.
Remember he stayed in the hospital a long time after the first operation.

That is what I am thinking as well....this is not good news for President Clinton. Hope he is ok. (I can't wish for anything else)
