The one missing employee was my basis for suspecting sabotage. Seeing as how this unfortunate person turned out to be one of the casualties, maybe this was just another horrible accident.

My thoughts too. However, with all the attention focused on Texas City by UI individuals we are not out of the woods yet.

These old plants are running at 100% capacity 24/7 to try to meed current demand. This the perfect setting for these accidents.

Here in CA, if a plant goes down for unscheduled maintenance, gas shoots up 10 cents. Now there is a considerable amount of gasoline being IMPORTED because we do not have the refining capacity anymore.
