Yes I think retesting would be necessary. As to how often, how about just having teacher's monitor the class? Retesting could be required whenever
A. a boy is heard to describe anything as " cute"
B. a boy suddenly decides to forego an activity cause
he " might get hurt"
C. a girl stands up to go to the bathroom AND NO OTHER
GIRL HAS TO GO WITH HER.
D. a girl spends more than 3 minutes listening to the
boys talks and DOES NOT ROLL HER EYES AT ALL.
Yes, I do believe this objective scrutiny would suffice, as we all know Public school teachers are completely capable of assigning gender to the children and then reassigning as they feel the need.
