How does a boy use a tampon?

I guess the question is, does your body determine your gender or does your brain? Put another way, if you transplant a man's brain into a woman's body, what gender is he?

I think there's a sci-fi story (or several) on that. I think maybe a movie about it, too (I've read so many stories over my lifetime, my memory is a bit fuzzy). Plus, there's that Meg Ryan-Alec Baldwin movie, I guess, too. It's a popular subject for fiction, I suppose.

No -that's not a question that is detour from physical reality...The exception IF this case is one is an abnormality and eceptions do not define the norm... Gender is assumed by looking and ultimately confirmed AFTER puberty and all it entails -the parents here are ignoring nature...
