Keep in mind, that most likely was HINO's decision and NOT Terri's parents. BTW, it was a nursing home back then, I think.
Terri was put in the Hospice in 2000, illegally.

They didn't have $1.8 million then! Don't you think they could hire a lot of help to care for Terri with that kind of money???
