Judge releases DCF document in Schiavo case

A judge released the DCF document seeking intervention in the Terri Schiavo case. She's the brain-damaged woman at the center of a "right to die" battle.

The department of children and families document names Michael Schiavo as responsible for the mistreatment of his wife. The nine complaints cited are very technical. They essentially claim the abuse or neglect of Terri is in the form of the kind of medical treatment Terri is, or in some cases is not receiving.

The complaint accuses Michael Schiavo of: 1. Failure to educate using certain therapies in violation of guardianship 2. Experimental procedures performed without proper medical and legal procedures observed. 3. Lack of manipulation of the ward's (Terri’s) arms causing severe contractures

Circuit judge George Greer says he will make the document available to the public tomorrow. Greer ordered Terri Schiavo's feeding tube be removed March 18th.

First off, BIGAMIST-father-of-two-BASTARD-children-possible-BOTCHED-ATTEMPTED-MURDERER-not-legally-qualified-guardian-husband Michael is wanting HIS wishes, NOT TERRI'S wishes, to be carried out!!!

Terri CHOSE NOT to file a fully-informed, Written Directive to LIMIT her access to medical or other supportive care!!!

Secondly, Terri would be better off and at "peace" if she could get Michael OUT of her life so her parents could get her the THERAPY Michael DEFRAUDED the malpractice court and jury into awarding for Terri's THERAPY and then he IMMEDIATELY POCKETED THE MONEY!!!

If Terri had actually had a "death" wish and didn't ever "want to live that way," then Michael KNEW IT BEFORE THE MALPRACTICE TRIAL EVEN STARTED!!! And he therefore, DEFRAUDED THE COURT!!!!!

I don't like your idea of marriage if it includes a husband deciding if his wife can live or die. That is what you are promoting. It is not a mockery to intervene when the husband tries to terminate his wife with the states blessing.

His view of marriage and the decision-making rights of the spouse is the law, your view is not the law. Case closed.

She is on Medicaid right now....Michael took all of Terri's rehab money and spending it on Felos to kill her...Yes I think Terri could benefit from theaphy and rehabah...Just taking her outside and having a TV in her room would be very beneficial.......I was a nurse and we had a patient one time that all thought was in a coma and would never come out of it She was hit by a car....The nurses put a radio in her room that played 24 hours a day and everytime a nurse would pass her door they would say her name and say something to her...We saw her walk out of the hospital..A true miracle and devotion from a lot of caring nurses.. I believe that Terri's parents can accomplish a lot with the love they have for her and there a lot of people who would volunteer time to spend with Terri and wheel her outside etc.......Please God let Terri live and given back to her parents



I have a colleague, Lars Peter, who winded up totally paralyzed in the hospital 20 years ago, and for several months he was hooked up to all the hospital gears,monitors, respirator, etc., you name it, just to keep him on life support, but, BUT, with NO hope of long term survival from the medical profession at all!
One day a nurse noticed a certain unusual slight movements in his left eye lid, and told Lars’ wife about it, who then later came to think that maybe he was trying to get attention by using the eye lid as a Morse Key being a Radio Officer. Fortunately they were able to scramble a team from the Coast Guard who were specializing in Morse Codes and low and behold, Lars was actually sending Morse signals with his eye lid. By being able to establish some kind of communication with the outside world, the medical profession was able to stabilize him, and after a few month of rehabilitation he was able to go home. He quit his seagoing life and opened a successful carpenter business together with his American wife in Red Bluff, California.
I doubt that in today's culture this man would have kept alive! But, I'm grateful that my friend's wife love him so much to keep him alive until help was available.
Where there is breath there is life and hope. Terri's life and hope is what an adulterous "Roman Catholic" husband with two kid's NOT born by Terri, but by a woman that he lives in a husband/wife relationship, wants to KILL = Murder! This euthanasia is what some few "air-heads" here on this thread justifies and worship. May God have mercy on their souls when they stand before Him on Judgment Day with His arms around Terri, and ask them to be accountable for what they did for Terri!!

I totally agree with you.

Terri was DENIED therapy in 1993 by her husband right after he received almost 2 million dollars to care for her. I absolutely believe that Terri would be speaking very well at this time, IF HER HINO would have given her therapy and treatment.

Treatment/therapy would have emiminated the *feeding tube*. In fact, nurses have stated * Terri swallow things like jello in the past*. Why do people continue to ignore the facts in this case? Terri is a disabled person who has been denied and even forbidden to receive the medical care she deserves.

In fact, Terri should have NEVER been put in the Hospice in 2000. It's ILLEGAL for her to be there. I hope that fact comes to light. Felos, husband's lawyer was on the board of the Hospice. Felos got Terri's Therapy money.

This case is OUTRAGEOUS. My heart breaks to think of all the abuse Terri has endured. :( :(

Terri has been sentenced to Die. It's an Outrage and those in power (DCF) better do something quick to Stop this right now. There are lots of people who are watching this and know exactly what it is. It's pure Euthanasia, period.

Please reference the exact law that allows a husband to terminate food sustenance to a disabled wife!!! No marriage law allows that. If you believe that the law allows that please state the reference.

The law may allow the judge to do so. But I have seen the Fla law that does not allow that.

laughing........ from the sounds of your post it appears that anyone who collects from a life insurance policy, or any insurance policy is in it for the money.
You act like this was a fraudulent lawsuit only because the benefactor happens to be her husband and since he wants to pull the plug on her as legal guardian making a personally agonizing medical decision, he is some kind of scumbag for getting money. So is greedy anyone else who collects from life insurance policy due to tragedy as you ascertain????You are the naive one. After 11 years of legal delays created by opposing moral and medical opinions I doubt if there is any money left because the lawyers have profited immensely and are the centerpiece scumbags rather than the husband alienated after the same 11 years of legal bull.

Terri shiavo was not beaten by her husband, her medical condition that caused her to collapse was caused by a lack of potassium associated with a medical condition I cannot recall the name of. I don't know where the hell all these accusations of him assulting her and causing injury have come from...... I suppose the forever trustworthy Main stream media we all faithfully believe in has provided all the correct answers? Not in this case bud.
