A judge released the DCF document seeking intervention in the Terri Schiavo case. She's the brain-damaged woman at the center of a "right to die" battle.
The department of children and families document names Michael Schiavo as responsible for the mistreatment of his wife. The nine complaints cited are very technical. They essentially claim the abuse or neglect of Terri is in the form of the kind of medical treatment Terri is, or in some cases is not receiving.
The complaint accuses Michael Schiavo of: 1. Failure to educate using certain therapies in violation of guardianship 2. Experimental procedures performed without proper medical and legal procedures observed. 3. Lack of manipulation of the ward's (Terri’s) arms causing severe contractures
Circuit judge George Greer says he will make the document available to the public tomorrow. Greer ordered Terri Schiavo's feeding tube be removed March 18th.
Concerning the document itself, my webtv will not let me read it. So unless someone fills me in somewhat, I am left knowing little of what it says that is not in the local news article. And everyone is saying, oh, you MUST read the article. I feel so helpless!

Since you don't care, you should just divorce yourself from what they will do to care for her. If her life is miserable, then she is not PVS or braindead, because those would not comprehend their misery. If she is truly miserable because she is aware of it, that is because of the abuse/neglect inflicted upon her by Michael Schiavo. In the hands only those who love her and will offer her all this world(and God) has to offer her, the present circumstance will move to a much better one. We know you want her dead. Take a hike. Your language alone proves your hateful attitude toward this innocent child of God.
The poor husband must really be suffering from the financial abuse caused by the $1.7 million he won from Terri's condition.This was money he swore under oath that he would use to give his wife the best medical treatment.There is only one victim in this matter and she's been kept in a hospice and denied treatment all these years by the piece of garbage you sympathize with.As for a living will, there wasn't one.The loving hubby remembered his wife's request to die right after the check got deposited into his account.What a coincidence that he remembered only after he had $1.7 million reasons to kill her.

Perhaps her life isn't as miserable to her as you obviously think it is. For all you know, she may be a happier person than yourself.
Are they going to chip in and pay for her care?? Are they going to bathe her and change her diapers?
Her parents want to care for her at their expense, however, if it came down to your options, I would be more than happy to pitch in, both with money and time. I know there are plenty of others who feel the same way I do.

There are plenty of doctors who have offered Terri care FREE and her mom, dada ,brother and sister are willing to change as many diapers as needed !!!!! Why do you think she should die ????

What you and your friends don't realise is this is about euthanasia not just Terri.
If they win and you or a loved one are in a car accident or fall and suffer a head trauma, you and yours could be next. This is about judging the value of a human life. And it's a slippery slope.
Yeah, 'act on behalf of his 'wife', she whom he abandoned years ago to shack up with another woman. This 'husband' has been acting only on his OWN behalf from the very beginning of this tragedy.
Okay... so now it's money you're worried about, eh..
Facts:
Husband IS illegally causing Terri to be on Medicare (your taxes).
Husband put Terri in Hospice, illegally - medicare is paying.
Husband paid 500,000 to HIS lawyers(Terri's Money) to kill her.
Now.... who should you REALLY be mad at? hmmmmmmm
BTW, I'm one of those who'd gladly chip in each and every month for Terri's care.
The info contained in the DCF charges was faxed to them on 2/18 and 2/21 and they said it was detailed.
So it's a recent investigation, which, of course, begs the question why there wasn't one before.
It looks like it had dates of 2/18 and 2/21 for when they received the complaint. The document was signed on 2/23/2005. Greer got it last week, that would have been the 23rd as well. Is this any help to you?

It states, there are 34 pages of detailed abuse. So you wouldn't think it was just thrown together in a couple of days.
There was one before but Judge Greer had it sealed. I don't know the date of that investigation. Someone else might know.
You need to read more deeply into this case, the parents have said all along that they are willing to do exactly that. There have been thousands of people sending in donations to help keep Terry alive and pay the parent's legal bills. There's no reason to believe that these people would stop supporting Terry with donations.
I pray this turns out to be good news for Terri. Maybe the judge will change his mind about killing her.
1.) Have you not heard about how many problems the DCF has been having for the last ten or so years? They just realized a few weeks ago that there was all kinds of stuff that never got investigated. I think they are trying to right a few wrongs before they have more egg on their face.
2.) Apparently, the agency that last looked into these allegations didn't get to take a look at Terri, because Michael refused them access. Obviously they didn't have much pull if the guardian could tell them to take a hike. Also, I understand that once Terri's law came in to effect, they just stopped with their investigation altogether.
