The bonus is guaranteed in a contract. If companies don't want to pay those bonuses, don't offer such contracts.
Really it's none of media liberals' business who makes what, as long as the money is made legally.
isn't a bonus supposed to be a reward for exceptional (good) performance? sometimes these bonuses are paid even whem performance is far from exceptional.
