The 2008 Five Five Democrats have begun informal staff interviews for 2008 presidential runs, according to a few who've been interviewed. So far, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton is dubbed "the most aggressive" in seeking out aides, followed by Iowa Gov. Tom Vilsack . The others are Indiana Sen. Evan Bayh, former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards , and 2004 candidate Sen. John Kerry .
Interesting triangulations to be forthcoming will involve Christianity, homosexuality and abortion....

Upstaging President Bush....makes very good sense. Thanks for the wise foresight.
Knowledge is power - if you know it about the right person. Regarding Hillary Clinton, it is imperative that we keep close tabs on her Senate record, on any verbal slip-ups. In short, if we keep her close, she may very well slip up under the pressure.
Hillary may be wise, but she has a short fuse and a big mouth, and that can hurt her.
Agree and thanks for letting me vent
"Who cares? She won't be President. There are too many others out there who are sharper, brighter and know what they are talking about. let hillereee run. It might end up being the best comedy show ever."
Who, just who can stay ahead of Hillary? Any Republican candidate is going to be smeared, defamed, named a far-right conspirator, etc. Hillary will have all the MSM quote bytes! (or is it BITES?) It's already been a political propaganda war.
Republicans are too refined and conservative to meet toe to toe Democrats' ad hominem propaganda.
Keep the NET free and open, no matter what.

Yes, Kerry and Edwards in 2008. Better yet, how about Gore/Edwards? Better yet how about Obama/Edwards? Better yet, how about Hillary/Sharpton.... or better yet, how about... Edwards/Boxer.... These are all winners in my book...

FOrgot, how about Dean/Jessie Jackson...now there's a match made in heaven....
with Al Gore Sec. of State, and David Kucinich as head of dept of Defense...and Jimmy Carter our ambassador to the UN...our enemies will be running for cover with that group......
Perhaps I missed it, but when did she ever deny she was planning to run for President in 2008?
She has evaded the question, and she has said she's focussed on being re-elected to the Senate in 2006. But unlike in 2000, when she promised to serve out her Senate term (and kept that promise), she has made no such promise for her next term.
I like your montage....rainman
Please FReepmail me if you want on or off my miscellaneous ping list.
No that`s a different Rain man..He`s an excellent driver, I`m a very good driver, but I still must watch Wopner.
IMO, the wackos like MoveOn.org and RocktheVote.com, and the Hollywood crowd
helped GWB this last election. They ruffled an underlying moral base of middle America who rebeled against their anger, their disrespect, their bazaare antics.
Should be a fun campaign to watch. I am most interested to see how they go after her while campaigning. And then if she is the nominee, I hope the Republicans push hard. Truthfully, I think all of them on both sides are afraid of her.
The Blogs will take her down. They are the new Minute Men.
i wish I could detach myself from politics enough to say it's fun. It's only fun for me when we win.
