It's part of the court records.
"Over the span of this last decade, Theresa's brain has deteriorated because of the lack of oxygen it suffered at the time of the heart attack. By mid 1996, the CAT scans of her brain showed a severely abnormal structure. At this point, much of her cerebral cortex is simply gone and has been replaced by cerebral spinal fluid. Medicine cannot cure this condition. Unless an act of God, a true miracle, were to recreate her brain, Theresa will always remain in an unconscious, reflexive state, totally dependent upon others to feed her and care for her most private needs (emphasis added)."
Eyewitnesses are unreliable. And their reports of the same films I see are obviously wrong.
Do you really believe that she is 'unconscious' and in a 'reflexive state'??
Eyewitnesses and earwitnesses are not perfect. You realize of course that your "are unreliable" applies to that instance where Terri's wishes were claimed to have been heard by the then husband.
Welcome to Free Republic.
So you're saying the Terri is "unconscious" "reflexive" state, despite many, many reports to the opposite? You're content to simply believe what ONE court record claims?
Awfully trusting of you. Pardon me if I have a problem with it.
