Wead is well on a creep factor of 1-10 he is a 12. I have heard him say everything in the kitchen sink as to why he made these public.

But, again when cornered he will say, if I wanted to make tons of cash I would made them public prior to the election. His handlers said this to Wead. They may be right but still, it does not make him any less creepy.

When he did release them he said his handler called him and said it has been a good day you have made tons of money. It is about the almighty buck, and you can take that to the bank.

I would not read it -- for any reason. If in the home it would be used to help our fire roar.

We're supposed to believe that Wead was NOT laying a trap when he brought up marijuana and cocaine in a secretly taped phone conversation with George W. Bush; that it was all innocent.

Well, GWB didn't bite.

How stupid does he think we are?

Wead is scum, and he knows it, as do a great many others. He sold out his "friend" for pieces of gold, and he knows it, as do a great many others. This will be his legacy, as his choices have made it so. Only George Bush can forgive this man. From what I perceive of George bush, he has probably already done so. Wead should count among his blessings that George Bush is the man that he is. Nonetheless, Wead has cast his lot along with the scoundrels of the ages.

I agree with you 100%. I can't imagine having a friend that I trusted do that to me, and nobody knows me! Also, to tell the NYT of all papers! That makes him even more of a louse! Get the RAID!

Wead's reputation is shot, and he's entirely responsible for it. But the NY Times is desperately flailing away trying to get in one more cheap shot at Bush.

It's hard to tell who's more pathetic; Wead, or the 'collective' NY Times.

I think Bush prefers smoking weed to burning books.

I feel like we're all involved in some sort of personal therapy session with this guy; it's unseemly.
