AFter that ruling, the case came back to her and she told them to give up the trademark at which time this guy tried to get her killed. I think that is what she is sentencing him for but I might be wrong. you would think another judge would do that since this Judge would be prejudiced. But I don't know.

Thanks. I still wonder why he didn't go after the court in Oregon, though. But, I don't really want to know what or how he thinks.

Poor woman. She needs a lot of prayers tonight. As do her daughters.

I think you're on the right track. I would presume his lawyers would petition the court to have her removed from the case, due to prejudicial issues.

However, the court could waive giving a ruling (set for April 6) - to see if there is some resolution regarding the murders. With today's crime fighting aparatus available - it might not take that much time to find the perps.
