Sort of.

Wheaton College (Mass.): Since 1834.

Wheaton College (IL): Since 1860.

Longer, yes, but not that much longer.

Wheaton College in Massachusetts was a women's college until 1987.

Actually the first institution to call itself "Wheaton College" is the one in Illinois (founded in 1860 by Jonathan Blanchard). In 1837, there was a Wheaton Seminary for women founded in Norton, MA, which changed its name to "Wheaton College" in 1897.
