That's fine, but it's a HUGE improvement from prior to when Jeb took office, especially in university admissions.
As far as the driver's licenses, I agree with you. I think it's a dumb move. However, I think you're ignoring everything else he's done (especially his fiscal policies), and labeling him a RINO based on essentially one position would pretty much mean that everyone is a RINO in your book. Are there any other positions that would classify him as a RINO, or is that it?

I'll grant you that his One Florida Initiative was a good step in the right direction. I actually give him credit for that. Big ships turn slowly, but this one's turning. I thought his treatment of Ward Connerly was unfair and out of line, however.
On the issue of the driver's licenses, though, I have to stand firm. I always thought that one of the core principals of the GOP is respect of and adherence to the law. His stance flies directly in the face of this. I don't see how I can reconcile his willingness to subvert immigration law with core Republican values. Especially since he is the governor of one of the largest states in the country, sworn to uphold the law.
