From the maps that was posted, I could imagine another officer either further in the structure amongst the children, or down the alley were the kid drove by. We know fo two at the door, but that does not mean the press is being completely honest with us.
That must be a penumbra of an emanation of an officer... or some imagaginary claptrap like that.
