Oh yes, he was a very good kid. Now they can pull out his 4th grade picture, like the one they used for that 13 yr. old gangbanger in LA who nearly rant over police in a stolen car and was shot in progress of a dangerous felony.

And if the cop hadn't shot...and the kid killed 5 or so of his classmates, the parents would already have hired a lawyer to sue the police department..

Oooo, that made me so mad! Surely, there was a more recent pic of that guy than the one in the cap and gown when he was about 9.

Reckless driving is generally not a felony... And why not just shoot the tires? Shooting the driver, it seems to me, is not the best way to safely stop a car. The car could take off at top speed with nobody steering while the driver died.
