I heard it on 970 wfla radio last night around 11:00 pm est. He said that he would insure that Terri Schiavo would be included in 701. As long as one of us heard it, we can hold him to it. They can't tell the press stuff and change their minds, not when it's a life or death matter. We will hold him to his original statement. If they can retroactively TRY TO KILL TERRI TWICE or THRICE, they can retroactively SAVE TERRI ONCE. The State can not reserve retroactivity solely for the purpose of KILLING HER.
