So Greer is going to hear DCF and rule this week on whether to allow the 60 investigation? We'll pray for Greer's heart to soften!

Greer ordered no more stays. If he is bullheaded with the DCF, that would make an even stronger case for recusal/removal of him from Terri's guardianship case.
Just a hypothetical question. If Greer refuses to grant DCF 60 days to investigate, is he in violation of something new AGAIN?
Greer is fuzzy on his duties, the judicial canons and the guardianship laws. This is a life or death matter. Terri deserves better than the "I dunno" judge.

As I understood it, he set a date already and isn't going to postpone it for any reason. A hearing is set for DCFS in front of Greer this week? I wasn't aware of this. So, he can postpone the March 18th date after he already ruled it could go forward?
