There IS SOMETHING FIRM IN THE FEDERAL LAW. Somebody is lying again, was that Judge Richard Lazzara? There is a federal law that starvation is at the very least felony manslaughter. In fact, Florida's laws may be in violation of Federal Laws in re: the big picture. In other words, Florida needs to re-write it's laws or we are not in compliance with federal laws.
Florida is violating Federal Law in it's own statutes.
